Does it seem like you are constantly being triggered by your child? Have you noticed that most of the things they do that bring you joy irritate you? You find yourself yelling more than laughing, putting them in timeout more than you’re snuggling, and spanking more than playing? [All] of your knowledge from parenting comes from your parents? It sounds like a classic need for being reparented. In these 6 sessions, we acknowledge your foundational thoughts about parenting, reframe misconstrued perspectives, replace them with fresh and accurate perspectives, and then create a new foundation to grow on. "Reparent me" package is the perfect package for a multi-layered situation that will take time and accountability. The reparent me package is for parents who essentially want to do an overhaul on the way they are parenting their child and want to change the way they view parenting.
